![]() I heard no word from them till I emailed them the following Tuesday and then on Wednesday so I called them and spoke to a customer assistant and told me they were aware and would get in touch with me when DPD investigate it, I asked him why Dylan couldn’t have the courtesy to even email and let me know, he just said they were sorry and they would get in touch once DPD investigated it, I added I wasn’t happy about the way I was getting treated to which he replied he was sorry, l heard nothing from them so I decided to call them again late on theFriday as it was more than the 6 days they reported that they would need to investigate it. I replied That’s fine, let me know although I am going to have to go out and buy 2 polo shirts now and that was on the Tuesday. Can you confirm that would be okay? I'll then get the investigation started as quickly as possible with DPD. I need to ask your permission for them to get in touch. They will involve the police and they may need to contact you for a statement to confirm that the parcel was not received and can request CCTV footage, if available. If DPD has any suspicions regarding the driver etc. As mentioned in our terms and conditions, this investigation can take up to 6 working days to complete and we aren't able to replace the products until this search/investigation has been completed. If that is the case, I will need to start a signature dispute/parcel search with DPD. We have spoken to DPD and they have confirmed that the parcel will need to be investigated. Dylan replied If it was damaged it would have had the DPD re-sealed tape on Allan, I can't see any tape in the image the driver took when delivering the parcel. I replied that the parcel didn’t seem damaged but couldn’t be sure and that I needed the polo shirts for that weekend as I was going on a golf trip. Customer assistant Dylan replied asking if the parcel was damaged in any way as they looked on their cctv and all 3 polo shirts had been sent and the parcel sealed. I emailed them and asked them if the other two were still to come and sent them a picture of the parcel with polo shirt I received.
